Preparation of checklists and administrative material control **ERG Engineering** is seeking a professional to work as an **Administrative Assistant** in **Mariana/MG**: **Main Responsibilities:** \- Monitor employee attendance, absences, medical certificates, and benefits under contracts; \- Track overtime hours, time banks, and night shift allowances under contracts; \- Prepare contract checklists and submit monthly headcount and HHT spreadsheets for contracts; \- Manage administrative supplies; \- Support in closing measurement reports; \- Prepare and submit hour allocations; \- Record reimbursable expenses; \- Organize and digitize documents; \- Support other administrative tasks assigned by the manager. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Higher education or technical degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; \- Must reside in Mariana/MG.
