Support in project development and documentation organization. 2. Proficiency in 3D and AutoCAD for projects. 3. Skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Responsibilities: * Proficiency in 3D * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Support in project development according to technical specifications * Organization and updating of files and technical documentation Requirements: * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment * Strong communication skills and proactivity * Experience in real estate regularization and topography is a plus Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: Starting from R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work for São Paulo, SP
