Let’s build the future of luxury hospitality together! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Strategically support the Engineering department administratively, ensuring efficient control of processes, procurement, and information—contributing to resource availability, asset preservation, and maintenance of excellence standards * Ensure organized and accurate management of administrative and procurement requests; support cost, contract, and supplier planning and control; ensure timely supply of materials and services; strengthen integration among Engineering, Finance, and other departments; and contribute to operational efficiency and sustainability of group assets. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant systems. #### **Desirable (preferred) qualifications:** * Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Law, or related fields; * Proven experience #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Meal voucher (VR) * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher (VT) * Dental plan * Life insurance * Birthday day off #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
