Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and communicative professionals to prospect customers and conduct external sales of payment solutions, including in-person visits and negotiation of commercial terms. We seek proactive, communicative professionals to prospect new clients (PAP) and offer payment solutions via card machines. Responsibilities of the Consultant: - Conduct in-person visits to local businesses (door-to-door) - Identify opportunities and present company solutions - Negotiate commercial terms and close sales - Activate and monitor initial client performance - Maintain visit reports and CRM entries **Requirements:** - Completed high school education - External sales experience is a plus - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Dynamic profile with a results-oriented mindset - Availability for fieldwork - Proficiency in using mobile applications and digital tools **We Offer:** - Fixed salary: R$1.850,00 + uncapped variable compensation - Allowance: R$800,00 - Performance-based campaigns - Ongoing training and development - Career development plan - Compensation: R$1.850,00 – R$2.650,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * High school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Sales experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
