One of our products is BotVendas: an omnichannel system that automates sales via social media, targeted primarily at the retail sector—especially pharmacies. **Key Responsibilities:** Our technical support team is responsible for customer support, including integration of our system with external databases. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to configure new integrations and resolve technical challenges related to integration.
