This role offers close collaboration with business units, contributing to operational efficiency, cost reduction, and strengthening the company's supply chain. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead procurement processes for production materials, indirect materials, and services. * Prospect, qualify, and develop domestic and international suppliers. * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and comparative analyses of commercial proposals. * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines. * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial agreements. * Perform cost analyses and identify opportunities for expense reduction. * Monitor supplier performance indicators, including quality, delivery timeliness, cost, and service level. * Collaborate with Production, R&D, Quality, Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments to fulfill business requirements. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement procedures, and legal requirements. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic sourcing projects. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Economics, or related fields. * Professionals with experience in industrial procurement. * Strong negotiation profile, analytical mindset, and business value orientation. * Ability to build supplier relationships and conduct strategic negotiations. * Aptitude for cross-departmental collaboration within the organization. * Organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of urgency to manage priorities. Desirable Requirements * Experience in Strategic Sourcing. * Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and analysis. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Experience with TOTVS Protheus. * Intermediate English proficiency.
