Additionally, it promotes building a positive company image and strengthens customer loyalty. **JOB MISSION** Ensure the performance and growth of the internal sales team, achieving and exceeding commercial targets, promoting excellence in customer service, and implementing effective strategies that optimize results and strengthen the company's market position. * Supervise the daily routine of the sales team, composed of sales representatives, sales assistants, and apprentices, ensuring organization, productivity, and compliance with commercial processes. * Monitor team performance against established targets, conducting daily tracking, analysis of forecasted vs. actual results, and structured follow-up on deliverables. * Execute and monitor commercial actions defined by the sales coordination team, ensuring correct implementation in daily operations. * Conduct individual feedback sessions and ongoing guidance for the team, aiming to realign efforts, improve performance, and enhance technical skills. * Ensure the team correctly uses the CRM and other commercial systems, guaranteeing timely updates of quotations, orders, opportunities, and negotiation records. * Monitor the daily volume of quotations, guide priorities, and follow up on updating open quotations in the system. * Analyze reasons for unfulfilled orders, consolidate information, and report to sales coordination to support decision-making. * Track monthly revenue and product mix targets with representatives, supporting the direction of commercial activities. * Guide and monitor new business opportunities, supporting the team and representatives in analyzing quotations of small, medium, and large scale. * Monitor daily orders against team targets, promoting operational adjustments when necessary. * Support the management and development of the team's customer portfolio, including post-sales actions, satisfaction monitoring, and identification of new commercial opportunities. * Collect, consolidate, and report market and competitor information to sales coordination, supporting strategic analyses and guidance. * Serve as the daily support point for the sales team, resolving operational questions and ensuring smooth commercial processes. * Identify needs, difficulties, and improvement opportunities with the team, sharing them with coordination and tracking agreed adjustments. * Maintain continuous alignment with sales coordination, reporting results, deviations, and suggestions for improving commercial operations. * Ensure service quality and customer experience. * Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize processes and campaigns.
