Job Summary: The purchaser will be responsible for managing domestic and international procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating terms. Key Highlights: 1. Manage procurement activities, budgeting, and cost control. 2. Administer domestic suppliers and negotiate commercial policies. 3. Negotiate with international suppliers and oversee imports. **Key Challenges:** Manage procurement activities, including budgeting, cost control, and defining parameters for new acquisitions; Administer domestic suppliers, negotiate commercial policies, and identify new suppliers; Procure domestic and imported raw materials, request quotations and adjustments, generate purchase orders, confirm orders, and perform follow-up; Monitor import requirements based on inventory control; Contact and negotiate with foreign suppliers regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and shipping methods; Analyze and prepare necessary documentation for the customs broker; Track receipt of goods by monitoring shipment, transportation, and arrival at the company; Calculate and issue import cost forecasts; Collect and forward all process documentation to the finance department; Contact suppliers in person, by phone, or via e-mail; Evaluate supply conditions for DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED goods (delivery and payment terms) **Professional Profile:** Be proactive; Analytical; Organized. Able to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; **Work Schedule:** Availability to work Monday through Friday. REQUIREMENTS For This Role, We Expect You To Have! Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Relations. Advanced Excel knowledge (preferred) Fluent English; Spanish is desirable. **Willingness to work in Jaboticabal.
