Description: Ensure operational efficiency in the packaging department, in compliance with quality and safety standards, while meeting the production plan aligned with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities: * Supervise packaging operations, ensuring proper functioning of machines, equipment, and workflow processes. * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000\) and legal requirements. * Plan, control, and monitor the production plan, volumes, deadlines, and productive capacity. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (OEE, productivity, losses, rework, waste, absenteeism, and industrial costs). * Ensure efficient use of raw materials, inputs, and packaging, reducing losses and increasing productive yield. * Collaborate with maintenance to manage equipment availability, setups, and industrial performance. * Lead, develop, and structure operational leadership (supervisors, team leaders, and operators). * Conduct people management routines, including feedback, performance evaluations, and team development. * Support and lead internal and external quality and food safety audits. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Production Supervisor * Knowledge of team and production process management * Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions * Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Academic degree in Production Engineering or related fields
