**Dosing Panel Operator** The Dosing Panel Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the raw material dosing system in the fertilizer production process, ensuring formulations are carried out according to technical specifications, maintaining product quality and production process efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Operate the control panel of the raw material dosing system used in fertilizer production; * Configure production formulas according to production orders; * Monitor product flow and weighing during the dosing process; * Monitor the operation of dosing equipment, conveyors, and silos; * Ensure dosed quantities comply with established standards; * Report and record failures or irregularities in the process or equipment; * Support the production team to maintain continuous operational flow; * Perform production records and complete operational reports; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Requirements and Competencies * Completed high school education; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Basic knowledge of industrial processes or fertilizer production; * Familiarity with raw material weighing and dosing; * Basic knowledge of control panels and industrial operating systems; * Own transportation or availability of someone to commute, due to the factory's distance and lack of feasible public transportation.
