Process optimization and report preparation **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide customer and partner support via telephone, e-mail, and internal systems, ensuring technical-operational assistance. * Manage empty container processes: scheduling, releases, returns, inspections, and movements. * Monitor and update cargo and unit statuses in terminal systems, ensuring information accuracy. * Track operational performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Prepare operational reports and analyses to support management decision-making. * Maintain active communication with internal departments (operations, logistics, administration, and security) to ensure activity alignment. * Organize and validate operational documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to optimize operational flow. * Support managers in implementing new procedures, process reviews, and internal training.
