Extensive experience in MRO spot procurement and negotiation We are looking for an **MRO Spot Procurement Specialist** to work strategically and operationally, ensuring agility, competitiveness, quality, and on-time delivery for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) material procurement—especially for emergency and unplanned requirements. **Responsibilities** * Execute spot procurement of MRO materials to meet urgent operational demands * Prospect, develop, and negotiate with MRO suppliers * Conduct commercial and technical quotations and negotiations to achieve optimal cost-effectiveness * Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with technical specifications * Analyze consumption history and identify cost-reduction opportunities * Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehousing departments * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process through to delivery * Manage performance indicators (SLA, lead time, savings, emergency response) * Support supplier qualification and evaluation processes * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields * Solid experience in MRO spot procurement (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic components, PPE, tools, bearings, valves, etc.) * Strong negotiation skills and ability to make rapid decisions * Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, or similar) * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial environments * Technical knowledge of maintenance materials * Experience managing supply contracts Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
