




Job Summary: Professionals responsible for managing import processes from initiation to customs clearance, ensuring documentary and logistical compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency and a degree in Business Administration **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Initiate, monitor, and close import processes. * Prepare, review, and verify mandatory documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates of Origin, among others). * Coordinate processes with customs brokers and freight agents. * Monitor international shipments and ensure data accuracy in internal systems. * Control import expenses (freight, warehousing, customs duties, taxes). * Monitor customs clearance, conduct follow\-up on release status, and forecast arrival times. * Register products and perform fiscal classification (NCM). ### **Working Hours** * Start time between **7 a.m. and 8 a.m.**, end time between **5 p.m. and 6 p.m.**, depending on start time. * For this position, the work model will be **100% on-site during the initial phase for training**. ### **Required Knowledge and Experience** * Familiarity with **special customs regimes** (e.g., Drawback, Temporary Admission, etc.). * Experience in **maritime, air, and courier transportation**. * Spanish is desirable. * **Intermediate/advanced English proficiency**. * **Desirable:** Experience with KPIs and report automation (Power BI). ### **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration** or related fields.
