We help reinvent how professionals work—our team of experts brings together information, innovation, and insight to unravel complex situations across the Tax, International Trade, Accounting, and Legal markets, supporting our clients in decision-making. **About the Role** In this opportunity, as Lead Tax Analyst, you will: * Represent the Tax Research and Content area effectively as a tax expert in Brazil and as the project focal point for clients and colleagues across business units; * Research, analyze, interpret, and document tax laws and regulations; * Possess expertise in Brazil-related content, including the Tax Reform; * Resolve complex tax issues; * Contribute to content development and expansion strategy; * Model and implement support for new tax regimes; * Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of Brazilian tax content; * Participate in process improvement initiatives; * Communicate and discuss tax concepts with tax professionals and those from other areas, acting as an internal and external indirect tax consultant; * Lead content projects: planning and estimation, resource allocation, detailed design requirements, taxation mechanism expertise, implementation, and rigorous quality assurance; assign tasks, track and monitor progress, and report status; * Develop training materials and deliver training on Brazilian tax calculation and tax concepts. **About You** You are suitable for the Lead Tax Analyst role if you meet the following required qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, or related fields; * Experience in the tax field; * Knowledge of tax reform; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. \#LI\-RB3 **What We Offer You** * **Hybrid Work Model:** We adopt a hybrid and flexible work environment (2–3 days per week in the office, depending on the role) for office-based positions, ensuring an integrated and consistent experience both digitally and in person. * **Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:** "Flex My Way" comprises a set of policies designed to facilitate the management of personal and professional responsibilities—whether caring for family, participating in community activities, or dedicating time to rest and personal renewal.
