A professional responsible for organizing, planning, and monitoring export and foreign trade operations, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Technical Knowledge: Logistics and Foreign Trade Operations / Familiarity with foreign trade routines for grains — coffee / Planning and scheduling of shipments for domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities: Organize and plan the export order portfolio according to requirements, specifications, delivery dates, region, transportation mode, product availability, etc.
Monitor scheduling in real time with involved agents to prevent errors and delays in processes, acting swiftly to resolve issues and minimize impacts.
Monitor processes with customs brokers, including document review, MAPA registration, and physical inspection of goods, to ensure information accuracy and reduce customs clearance lead time;
Handle departmental requests by providing customer service, promptly responding to inquiries, and sending planning, customs clearance, and documentation information to customers/suppliers of shipments.
Perform operational tasks related to updating information in systems, planning, customs clearance, and documentation for export shipments.
Manage return operations for orders rejected by customers, as well as control associated costs.
Maintain departmental KPIs and reports up to date to monitor performance of executed activities.
Ensure departmental activities are performed in accordance with established procedures/SOPs and targets, thereby contributing to departmental results.
Strictly comply with the company’s quality, safety, health, and environmental standards, in alignment with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, and in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct, values, and principles.
Requirements:
Technical knowledge of Specialty Coffees and their specific characteristics / Knowledge of Customs Legislation
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
Advanced English
