Support for strategic procurement planning **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute international procurement processes, including quotations, negotiations, and order closing with foreign suppliers. * Analyze commercial terms (lead time, price, quality, and logistics) to ensure competitiveness and cost reduction. * Manage import orders, ensuring compliance with customs legislation and regulatory requirements. * Monitor production timelines, shipping, and customs clearance to guarantee delivery within defined SLAs. * Control and update cost reports, exchange rates, taxes, and deadlines. * Maintain strategic relationships with international suppliers and service providers (customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines). * Support strategic procurement planning by proposing process improvements and optimizations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in procurement. * Advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of customs legislation, import regimes, and Incoterms. * Skills in negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis.
