Job Summary: The Teaching Instructor is responsible for preparing and delivering lessons, preparing reports, grading assignments, and maintaining daily communication, thereby contributing to social development. Founded in 2003, GERAR is a nonprofit social organization whose mission is to promote social development through educational initiatives and job and income generation, empowering individuals to become protagonists of their own life stories within a more just society and a sustainable planet. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare lessons; Deliver content in class; Prepare lesson reports; Administer and grade in-class assignments; Send daily e-mail; Complete spreadsheets; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, or International Trade. * Experience working with adolescents or young adults is a plus. **Additional Information** Meal allowance (VA) or meal voucher (VR) of R$30.74 per business day worked (applicable when daily working hours exceed 6 hours and 10 minutes); Transportation allowance (VT) (no payroll deduction) or Pluxee/Elo credit card (R$12.00 per business day worked); Birthday day off; Wellhub/Gympass (charged to credit card); Since 2003, GERAR has operated as an influential nonprofit social organization driving social transformation across Brazil.
