**Responsibilities and duties**
* Screening in queue to optimize wait time for prospects, applicants, or freshman students.
* In-person counter service (all admission pathways), answering inquiries covering the entire sales process — negotiation, persuasion, retention, and enrollment closure.
* Supporting external initiatives, including participation in fairs, school \& corporate events, and commercial activities — i.e., all actions aimed at recruiting new students for the Institution.
* If required, supporting "retention" efforts for students seeking cancellation, and executing end-to-end workflows — whether reversing or finalizing the request.
* Supporting BackOffice activities involving evidence gathering to assist the area in reporting to critical channels.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school; currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in management, communication, administration, or exact sciences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Prior experience in customer relations and sales.
* Day-to-day initiative, proactively supporting applicants, freshmen, and colleagues.
* Ability to persuade, negotiate, and develop argumentation and negotiation skills. Aptitude for handling objections to promote retention and negotiations that contribute to the Institution’s outcomes.
* Adaptability and flexibility, including resilience in the workplace and in response to daily occurrences.

**Work modality:** 100% in-person
**Schedule:** Monday to Saturday
**Morning shift: Monday to Friday**, from 08:00 to 17:12 \- **Saturdays:** from 08:00 to 12:00.
**Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday**, from 11:48 to 21:00 \- **Saturdays:** from 13:00 to 15:00.
