Position: Maritime Import Assistant (Inside Sales) Description: HAND LINE TRANSPORTES INTERNACIONAIS LTDA is seeking a dynamic, organized professional with experience in international trade to join our Maritime Import team. Responsibilities: * Monitor maritime import processes; * Verify and control import documentation; * Communicate with suppliers, agents, and freight carriers; * Send quotations and provide commercial support to clients; * Initiate and monitor new processes; * Update spreadsheets and internal controls; * Prospect new clients; * Conduct research and analysis using the LogComex system; * Interface with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements: * Degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Prior experience in maritime import and inside sales; * Knowledge of customs procedures and import processes; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work under deadlines. Advantages: * Commercial and analytical profile; * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; * Experience in freight forwarding will be considered an advantage.
