Our focus is on operational efficiency, customer service excellence, continuous innovation, and sustainability — all aligned with DHL Group values.**Requirements** -------------- The Import and Export Operations Supervisor will be responsible for **coordinating and supervising import and export operations in a 4PL model**, ensuring end\-to\-end logistical chain integration, management of multiple suppliers, and fulfillment of agreed service levels with the client. They will act both strategically and operationally, leading a **team responsible for control, visibility, and performance of operations**, ensuring compliance, efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise **import and export operations** in a **4PL environment**, ensuring end\-to\-end visibility of the logistics chain. * Coordinate and manage **multiple logistics providers (3PLs)**, such as freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and logistics operators. * Lead and develop the **operational team**, fostering engagement, operational discipline, and high performance in a challenging environment. * Ensure adherence to **SLAs, KPIs, and contracts**, proactively identifying and correcting deviations. * Serve as the **primary client contact point**, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and rapid issue resolution. * Analyze operational and financial metrics, proposing **action plans, continuous improvements, and cost optimization**. * Take a **hands\-on approach** in critical situations, ensuring operational continuity and risk mitigation. * Support initiatives for **process improvement, digitalization, automation, and system integration** (TMS \- OTM, ERP, 4PL visibility). * Prepare and present **managerial and executive reports**, providing analytical insight into operations. * Ensure compliance with **internal policies, quality standards, and governance** of the 4PL model.
