HR and DP Supervisor

We are looking for an HR/DP Supervisor with experience in implementing and structuring an internal Personnel Department, to lead processes, ensure labor compliance, and support the strengthening of the HR area. We seek an organized, proactive professional with leadership qualities and a process-oriented mindset, who enjoys structuring, organizing, and developing teams. Key responsibilities Structure and supervise the internal Personnel Department Ensure execution of payroll, hiring, termination, vacation, benefits, timekeeping, and labor obligations routines Implement and organize departmental processes and controls Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and Managers Support the evolution of HR and people management processes Lead and develop the department's team Requirements: Solid experience in Personnel Department Experience in implementing/internalizing Personnel Department functions Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines Experience in team management Organized, analytical, and hands-on profile Advantages Experience in growing companies or in HR structuring Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems Job details On-site – Fortaleza/CE Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Remuneration: To be negotiated Opportunity for growth and leadership in department structuring Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$6.000,00 \- R$7.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
