Requirements: * Willingness to perform physical tasks; * Physical build suitable for manual labor; * Organization and discipline; * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Important:** This position requires intense physical effort throughout the entire work shift, including manual loading and unloading of construction materials, handling heavy products, and warehouse organization. Candidates must possess physical fitness compatible with the job's requirements. Prior experience in the construction materials field will be considered an advantage.
