**Junior Foreign Trade Analyst**
**Location:** São Bernardo do Campo — Hybrid model
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Initiate shipments in the import system;
* Perform import cost closing and submit closing reports to internal departments;
* Save import documents in the company’s systems and on the network;
* Organize documents for courier dispatch and send them to the customs broker;
* Adjust purchase orders in Datasul and Import Sys (when necessary);
* Coordinate with the Procurement department to adjust purchase orders;
* Communicate with suppliers regarding original documents and document requests;
* Communicate with internal departments, partners, customs brokers, and freight carriers.
* Verify import cost values
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree preferred in International Trade, Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields.
* Minimum 4 years of prior experience in international trade.
* English: Advanced
* Spanish: Intermediate–Advanced is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with DATASUL and Import Sys systems;
* Experience with DUIMP and Product Catalog;
* Experience in export operations as well.
