We are looking for an **Export Assistant**, detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to support departmental processes in a collaborative and dynamic environment. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Provide operational support for export activities, ensuring timely and procedure-compliant process execution; * Monitor export processes from order placement through invoicing and shipment; * Verify, organize, and assist in issuing export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, proforma invoice, among others); * Maintain operational contact with suppliers, international clients, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments; * Support monitoring of shipments, deliveries, documentation pending items, and releases with logistics partners; * Update internal controls, spreadsheets, systems, and reports for the International Trade Department; * Assist the department in verifying operational costs, fees, and expenses related to export processes; * Collaborate closely with the department coordinator, following established guidelines and standards; * Provide administrative support for Export and Import department routines. **Interested?!
