Job Summary: Coordinate export processes, issue and verify documents, track international shipments, and ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate export processes from order placement to final delivery 2. Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders 3. Monitor production and logistics deadlines to prevent delays **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate export processes from order placement to final delivery to the end customer; * Issue and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.); * Track international shipments (maritime, air, and road); * Communicate with international customers to align orders, deadlines, and documentation; * Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders; * Ensure compliance with applicable legal, tax, and foreign exchange regulations; * Monitor production and logistics deadlines to avoid delivery delays; * Control logistics costs and propose improvements to export processes; * Support commercial negotiations and analysis of international contracts; * Update internal systems with order and shipment information. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience with export processes, preferably in the textile industry; * Knowledge of export documentation and customs legislation; * Intermediate or advanced English and Spanish; * Familiarity with Incoterms; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
