Guarantee the quality, precision, technology, and efficiency of assembled products, strictly adhering to standards and procedures defined by the company. Ensure each item meets technical specifications and customer expectations while respecting established deadlines. Contribute to a productive, safe, and collaborative work environment, acting with commitment and empathy at every stage of the process. * Understand and follow detailed instructions (WIs \= Work Instructions), technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise assembly. * Organize and prepare required materials for the assembly process, ensuring everything is ready before work begins. * Perform assembly of products, subassemblies, boards, and components of various company equipment according to established standards. * Verify quality of assembled products, identifying defects or irregularities, correcting them, and recording in a \"Nonconformance\" report. * Use manual, electric, or pneumatic tools safely and efficiently, ensuring integrity of parts and components. * Work within established deadlines to ensure assembly completion according to the production schedule. * Collaborate with other members of the production or assembly team, communicating effectively and contributing to achieving common goals. * Participate in basic maintenance of tools and equipment, reporting issues and ensuring all items remain in good working condition. * Adopt safe practices in the workplace, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety protocols. * Attend training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated on new assembly techniques or technologies. * Record Production Orders in the system. * Package products according to established standards. * Record losses in the Production Order. * Conduct routine testing of manufactured products.
