Prepare food under the supervision of a nutritionist to ensure quality, hygiene, taste, aroma, and presentation of the meal to be served. Inspect the cleaning of equipment and utensils. Assist in requisitioning materials required for food preparation. Coordinate kitchen activities. May participate in cleaning the internal kitchen area, cleaning machines, utensils, and other equipment using appropriate materials to ensure their suitability for food preparation. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment.
