Development and growth of the government sales channel Government Procurement Commercial Analyst We are looking for a professional with experience in public tenders to join our team and be responsible for developing the sales channel for public agencies. We seek an organized, proactive individual committed to results and capable of independently managing the entire sales process via electronic bidding. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and identify opportunities in public tenders. * Analyze tender documents and assess feasibility of participation. * Prepare and register proposals. * Operate electronic bidding and government procurement platforms. * Participate in price negotiation sessions. * Organize and submit qualification documentation. * Track clarifications, appeals, awarding decisions, and contracts. * Conduct post\-sale follow\-up, including contracts, purchase orders, and deliveries. * Maintain relationships with clients and public agencies. * Contribute to the development and growth of the government sales channel. Requirements * Proven experience in public tendering. * Familiarity with platforms such as Compras.gov.br, BLL, Licitanet, Portal de Compras Públicas, BBMNet, and similar systems. * Knowledge of Law No. 14\.133/2021 and electronic bidding procedures. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. * Ability to manage deadlines and documentation efficiently. Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling fasteners, hardware, or maintenance materials. * Familiarity with SICAF, certificates, and qualification documentation. * Commercial orientation, focused on expanding sales to the public sector.
