Main responsibilities: * Provide proactive and reactive customer service; * Prospect new clients via telephone and digital channels; * Monitor commercial negotiations in accordance with company policies; * Record customer portfolio information and history in the system/CRM; * Monitor and respond to quotations, inquiries, and requests; * Participate in commercial campaigns and promotional activities; * Support accounts receivable follow-up in coordination with the finance department; * Focus on achieving targets and maintaining strong customer relationships. Requirements: Experience in inside sales, telesales, or commercial customer service; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organization and discipline for high-volume contact routines; Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
