We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly trustworthy professional to work on the front line of our business. This person will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service, supporting daily sales and inventory operations, and safeguarding the integrity of daily operations. This role requires a high sense of responsibility, honesty, and organization. * Greet and assist customers courteously, helping them select products and clearly addressing their questions. * Record sales transactions. * Issue fiscal invoices, fiscal receipts, and payment receipts in accordance with current regulations. * Ensure periodic restocking of merchandise on shelves, display cases, or stands, maintaining an organized and attractive environment. * Assist in sorting and preparing orders for delivery or immediate pickup. * Monitor product entries and exits in the system, reporting any inventory discrepancies. * Handle cash, systems, and merchandise with full transparency and responsibility. * Ensure proper opening or closing of the work routine, as expected for a position of trust. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in customer service, counter sales, or commercial operations. * Proficiency in basic computer skills and operation of sales/inventory systems. * Basic knowledge of issuing fiscal invoices (NF\-e/NFC\-e). Work schedule: 5 days per week, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM\.
