Focus on maintaining quality throughout the painting process **INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT PAINTING ASSISTANT** **Job Mission:** Support industrial painting activities by assisting in surface preparation, material organization, and process quality maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in cleaning and preparing parts for painting (degreasing, sanding); * Support painters in moving and positioning parts; * Prepare and organize paints, solvents, and daily-use materials; * Perform minor touch-ups under supervision; * Keep the paint booth and painting area clean and organized; * Properly use PPE and follow safety regulations; **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Introductory course in industrial painting (preferred). **Experience:** * Not required, but factory environment or painting experience is preferred.
