




Job Summary: The professional will perform operational tasks related to transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, importation, and exportation, coordinating processes and legal documentation. Knowledge of import processes and customs systems JOB DESCRIPTION Perform operational tasks carried out by air/road transportation, freight forwarders, customs brokers, import/export, warehousing, and cross docking; Experience in foreign trade, preferably in the express shipment segment; Contact with domestic and international service providers; Request, verify, guide, and receive legal import documentation throughout all import phases; Assess and recommend appropriate transportation costs for each shipment via quotation; count, instruct, and monitor overseas shipment and the nationalization process, including customs clearance, in coordination with the customs broker; Coordinate the issuance of import invoices and other documents related to fiscal accounting; Generate cargo receipt reports and, when necessary, act to correct/adapt the imported product to its domestic equivalent; Prepare and analyze import expense reports; Monitor transactions daily until completion; REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Economics, or Logistics \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP **Language:** Intermediate English preferred (spoken and written). Knowledge of processes involving DI, RE, DDE, DUE-E, AWB, Invoice, and Packing List; Experience with Mantra system, Portal Único, iBroker, and SAP..
