Main Responsibilities * Assist in import and export processes for goods * Monitor international orders, shipment deadlines, and shipping status * Support the issuance and verification of foreign trade documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, certificates, etc.) * Communicate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and cargo agents * Enter and manage information in systems and spreadsheets * Support cost control, foreign exchange, and logistics processes * Provide support to administrative and finance departments related to international operations Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Foreign Trade or International Relations * Basic knowledge of import processes * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) * Basic/intermediate English proficiency is a plus Additional Qualifications * Prior experience in foreign trade * Experience importing food or beverages * Interest in learning and developing within this field Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.700,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
