Job Summary: This role involves supporting import operations with document verification and archiving, monitoring market indicators, and analyzing commodity portfolios. Key Highlights: 1. Support for import operations and documentation 2. Market analysis and monitoring of indicators 3. Understanding and interfacing with commodity portfolios **FOREIGN TRADE** \- Support for imports, assisting with documentary procedures. \- Perform verification and archiving of import-related documents, such as Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin (CO), Bill of Lading (BL), Import License (LI), Import Declaration (DI), and Import Certificate (CI). \- Perform verification and tracking of payment-related documents, including storage and freight charges (customs and border), and Invoices (foreign exchange). \- Monitor indicators and conduct basic market analysis using tools provided by the company (e.g., USD, Argus, Copper). \- Information reports (spreadsheets and tables) related to verifications (storage, empty container returns). **MARKET INTELLIGENCE** \- Understand the main commodity portfolio (knowledge of products and focus on those carrying greater weight). \- Interface with the sales team regarding product analysis (to understand output forecasts and the range of products carrying greater weight). \- Analyze the external scenario (through specific indicators for each product). \* On-site position Position: Foreign Trade Assistant.
