Quality and Process Analyst

Description

We are looking for a committed, organized professional with interest in joining our team as a Quality and Process Analyst. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing internal processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and greater operational efficiency. The analyst identifies improvements, develops quality indicators, and supports the standardization of company procedures. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management or related fields is desirable; * Experience in this role; * Prior experience with quality management standards and systems, and related tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Map, structure, and organize departmental processes; * Develop, review, and standardize documents (SOPs, IT documents, manuals); * Implement and analyze quality indicators, and propose improvement action plans; * Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and ensure operational excellence; * Conduct internal process audits. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** **Education:** Completed high school (undergraduate studies in Administration, Quality Management, Production Engineering, or related fields are desirable). **Experience in the field:** Prior experience in administrative routines, quality, processes, or related areas is desirable. Experience in document organization, indicator control, or process standardization will be considered a differentiating factor.
