Job Summary: Junior Import/Export Analyst to monitor the document flow for import processes, prepare reports, and identify improvements. Key Highlights: 1. What will be your responsibilities?* Monitor the document flow for import processes involving approximately 4 million tons of bulk cargo (phosphate or potash), aligned with vessel arrival schedules, coordinating customs clearance procedures together with the Bahamas process; * Work closely with the planning and port teams to align documentation and vessel berthing information; * Record documentation in the CE\+ system; * Prepare import operation reports for accounting and sourcing departments – Risk Position; * Identify opportunities for improving operational processes; * Manage receipt, verification, and payment of demurrage charges; * Monitor and control third-party demurrage positions; * Support the Coordinator in renewing customs broker contracts and powers of attorney; * Responsible for managing medium-complexity processes. What are we looking for?* Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of import and export procedures; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. What is your work schedule?
