Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Designer to develop and update architectural projects, including layouts and legal regularization, with attention to detail and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration and effective communication of ideas We are currently looking for a Technical Designer to work at our corporate office located in the city of Sumaré. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. **Knowledge:** AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office suite, technical drawing. **Skills:** Proficiency and experience with AutoCAD software, ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration with other members, preparation of legally compliant architectural projects. **Expected Attitudes:** Attention to detail, enthusiasm for the field of work, proactivity, commitment. Main Responsibilities: Development of architectural projects (Layout) for new expansions and regularization (Legal Project). Updating current projects according to Covabra guidelines and/or municipal guidelines.
