The professional will be responsible for designing and detailing pavement solutions, ensuring technical compliance, quality, and adherence to established deadlines. **Responsibilities** * Develop highway pavement projects; * Design flexible and rigid pavements; * Prepare descriptive and calculation memoranda; * Coordinate with disciplines such as geometry, drainage, and earthworks; * Support technical analysis of projects and reviews; * Ensure compliance with current technical standards. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in highway pavement projects; * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar); * Familiarity with DNIT standards is a plus; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in medium- and large-scale highway infrastructure projects; * Knowledge of pavement design software. **Additional Information** * On-site work in Florianópolis; * Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur); * Remuneration: Negotiable ### **Contract Type:** Individual Entrepreneur ### **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, gogood gym membership, English classes, Paid leave, Education allowance ### **Department:** Operations
