We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and organized professional to join our telesales team, handling customer service, prospecting, and commercial support. Responsibilities * Conduct active and inbound telephone and WhatsApp customer service; * Prospect new customers and commercial opportunities; * Present company services and solutions; * Prepare and track quotations; * Perform customer and negotiation follow-up; * Update information in the system and support commercial operations. Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in customer service; * Commercial mindset and negotiation skills; * Organizational ability and commitment; * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advantages * Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or commercial customer service; * Experience in the air conditioning or maintenance sector is a plus. Benefits * Transportation allowance according to need; * Meal allowance: BRL 28.00 per day; * Salary: BRL 2,000.00 + commission; * Opportunity for professional growth.
