Your responsibilities: * Proactive and responsive outreach to leads; * Support via phone, WhatsApp, and chatbot; * Working with cold leads; * Qualifying and scheduling appointments; * Strategic follow-up to reduce no-shows; * Full focus on conversion. On-site position in \- São Bernardo do Campo We offer: R$ 3\.500,00 monthly allowance \+ performance bonus per appointment \+ commission on closed sales, potentially reaching R$ 10,000.
