Job Summary: This technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining subscription TV services, ensuring signal quality and providing customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Install and maintain subscription TV services 2. Provide customer service and resolve inquiries 3. Identify and correct technical faults in systems **INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN** *Matão – SP and surrounding areas* **Responsibilities:** * Install and maintain subscription TV services (SKY); * Perform antenna pointing and alignment for satellite signal reception; * Conduct functionality tests and ensure service quality; * Provide customer service, guide customers on equipment usage, and resolve inquiries; * Identify and correct potential technical faults in installed systems. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience installing subscription TV (DTH); * Basic electrical knowledge and proficiency with technical tools; * Customer service skills and strong communication ability; * Driver's license category B and willingness to travel; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Field service experience; * Knowledge of networks and telecommunications; * Proactive, organized profile with a focus on problem-solving.
