Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide the housekeeping staff; * Assign tasks and monitor service execution; * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and standardization of guest rooms and common areas; * Inspect rooms after cleaning (quality checklist); * Monitor linen inventory; * Request replenishment of materials when necessary; * Train new employees; * Monitor quality and productivity indicators; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * Handle customer interactions.
