We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our housekeeping team and contribute to the impeccable standards offered by the Fasano brand. Your main responsibilities will include: * Room cleaning and preparation: ensure each room is cleaned and prepared according to the hotel’s rigorous quality standards, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests while safeguarding hotel property and assets. * Identification of maintenance opportunities: during daily tasks, remain attentive to any maintenance needs within your assigned areas and immediately report improvement opportunities to the responsible team. * Personalized guest service: identify guest preferences during their stay to anticipate needs on future visits, contributing to an even more personalized and exclusive service. Requirements and Qualifications Who are we looking for to join our team? * Education: Completed high school (preferred). * Experience: Prior experience in hotel housekeeping—especially in luxury environments—is a significant advantage. * Knowledge: Proficiency in cleaning, sanitization, and bed-making techniques to ensure work quality and efficiency. * Flexibility: Availability to work on a 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule and adapt to the hotel’s variable working hours, including weekends and holidays. * Skills: Attention to detail, organizational ability, and ease of adaptation and learning. You must be a team player who takes pride in delivering flawless service. * Attitude: A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate guest needs to ensure the best possible experience during their stay.
