Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing hotel rooms and apartments, following safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols, using PPEs and reporting maintenance needs. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in standard area training programs Job Description: * Responsible for cleaning and/or sanitizing hotel rooms and apartments, following established protocols; * Follow safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols; * Use appropriate PPEs (gloves, apron, mask, shoes) and configure cleaning carts with linens and cleaning kits; * Receive daily instructions from supervisors and report corrective maintenance needs; * Room/apartment interventions include tidying, linen replacement, replenishment of supplies, identification of laundry departures, and sanitation—including surface cleaning, trash bin replacement, and bathroom sanitation; * Floor cleaning is performed via sweeping or vacuuming, focusing on floor corridors; * Mandatory participation in standard operational training programs for the area of responsibility, delivered via EAD, in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
