Responsibilities: Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and organizing guest rooms and work areas, following hotel standards. Key duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, and keeping pantries clean and locked. They must notify supervisors when rooms are ready or unavailable, manage the use of supplies and amenities, avoid waste, and report equipment malfunctions or damage. Housekeepers must also keep carts, hallways, pantries, and housekeeping areas consistently organized, performing all job-related tasks responsibly and with attention to detail.
