




Job Summary: The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of hotel guest rooms and common areas, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Join our team! **Housekeeper** Ensure cleanliness and organization of hotel guest rooms and common areas, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform daily cleaning and tidying of guest rooms and common areas. * Change bed linens, towels, and other items as needed. * Restock guest rooms with amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and toilet paper. * Complete checklists for maintenance items, minibars, and stationery, and report any irregularities or replenishment needs to supervisors. * Identify and hand over to immediate supervisors any items left behind/forgotten in guest rooms. * Inspect the condition of furniture and equipment in guest rooms and report any issues. * Follow hotel-standard cleaning and hygiene procedures. * Clean windows, mirrors, floors, and other room surfaces. * Organize the cleaning cart, arranging all required materials, equipment, tools, and other items (linens, cleaning products, amenities, vacuum cleaners, brooms, etc.). * Maintain cleanliness and order in the floor service pantry. * Keep vacant rooms clean and organized. * Maintain cleanliness of corridors and elevator lobbies. * Maintain organization of the storage area for cleaning supplies and materials. * Record general occupancy information (e.g., number of guests per room, room status/UH, cleaning status, etc.) following established procedures. * Collect guest laundry for external laundry services. * Assist in checking cleaning supply stock levels and request replenishment when necessary. * Attend meetings and training sessions to improve cleaning and customer service skills. * Maintain responsibility for assigned equipment and materials. * Safeguard the floor key according to established criteria and procedures. * Perform other related duties as required by the department.
