Calm, organized, safe workplace with a welcoming team **READ CAREFULLY:** **FOR RESIDENTS OF GUARULHOS \- SP** **About the Position – General Services** This position is for work at an **inclusive clinic**, operating similarly to a nursing home. The main difference is that our residents are individuals with mental disorders. It is common for some people to feel apprehensive initially; however, it is important to clarify that there is no cause for concern: most residents are calm, courteous, emotionally needy, and affectionate. Many of them lack family presence, so the staff assumes a vital role in providing support, care, and respect—creating a family-like atmosphere. The work environment is calm, organized, and safe. **About the Clinic** We are currently located in Jardim Tijuco and, considering the well-being of residents and staff, we are expanding our team and opening a new unit in Jardim Tranquilidade. **Position – General Services** The selected candidate will primarily perform cleaning and laundry duties, assisting in maintaining facilities to ensure hygiene, organization, and comfort for all. **Responsibilities include:** **⁠ ⁠Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas (rooms, bathrooms, corridors, common areas, dining room, etc.);** **⁠ ⁠Assisting in the laundry;** **⁠ ⁠Proper collection and disposal of waste;** **⁠ ⁠Floor, glass, and surface cleaning when necessary;** **⁠ ⁠Restocking hygiene supplies;** **⁠ ⁠Organizing spaces to keep everything clean and in good condition;** **⁠ ⁠Correct use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations;** **⁠ ⁠Careful handling and maintenance of work materials and equipment.** **Working Hours and Schedules** **⁠ ⁠Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM** **⁠ ⁠Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM** **⁠ ⁠Afternoon snack: 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM** **Planned Schedules:** **⁠ ⁠Monday to Friday** **⁠ ⁠Wednesday to Sunday** **⁠ ⁠Evaluation underway for implementing a 12x36 schedule** **Expected Profile** We seek a candidate who is: **⁠ ⁠Punctual;** **⁠ ⁠Meticulous and detail-oriented;** **⁠ ⁠Discreet and respectful;** **⁠ ⁠Committed to cleanliness, organization, and safety;** **⁠ ⁠Able to work collaboratively and respect the clinic’s supportive environment.** **⁠ ⁠*****Non-smoker preferred*****.** **Salary and Benefits** **⁠ ⁠First month: R$ 1\.800,00 salary** **⁠ ⁠From the second month onward:** o Formal employment registration with R$ 1\.800,00 monthly salary o Transportation allowance o On-site meals o Basic food basket starting in the second month **Work Environment** Our environment is pleasant, family-like, and safe, with a united, supportive team focused on human-centered care.
