**Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Quality Inspection:** Conduct meticulous inspections of apartments, corridors, and service pantries. * **Team Management:** Coordinate and guide housekeeping staff activities, setting cleaning priorities. * **Material Control:** Manage inventory of linens and cleaning supplies, ensuring service pantries are adequately stocked. * **Maintenance:** Monitor equipment operation and report maintenance issues to the maintenance department. * **Guest Service:** Verify guest satisfaction, ensuring accommodations meet excellence standards. * **Lost and Found:** Maintain an inventory of items left behind by guests. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning/industrial cleaning fields. * Completed high school education (a degree in Hospitality is considered a plus). * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
