We are looking for a professional with strategic vision, ambition to surpass challenging goals, and the ability to develop people. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Manage, train, and motivate the sales and reception team, ensuring a high-performance environment. * **Goal Management:** Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators (KPIs), developing rapid action plans to ensure achievement of unit goals. * **Sales Closing:** Actively participate in negotiations and increase average ticket value for high-value sales (high\-ticket), supporting the team in overcoming objections and converting leads. * **CRM and Process Management:** Monitor service flow, sales funnel, and conversion rate, ensuring no customer is left without follow-up. * **Quality Audit:** Ensure the clinic's premium service standard is maintained at every stage of the customer journey. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in the commercial area of **aesthetic clinics**. * "Hands\-on" profile, with strong ambition for results and goal achievement. * Excellent leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution ability. * Persuasive communication, active listening, and mastery of sales and persuasion techniques. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the market and target audience in the Osasco and Carapicuíba regions. * Familiarity with clinic management systems and sales CRMs. * In addition to base salary, there are both unit-based and individual bonuses.
