### **Cleaning Supervisor – Drops Goiânia** The **Drops Network**, Brazil's largest motel chain, operating in **8 states**, has an opening for a **Cleaning Supervisor** at its **Drops Goiânia** unit. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise operational departments, especially housekeeping staff and laundry assistants; * Support the unit manager, including front desk coverage; * Inventory organization and control; * Supervise activities of outsourced teams. ### **Requirements** * Experience supervising operational teams (preferably in hospitality/motel industry); * Leadership and inventory control skills; * Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure; * Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); * Basic knowledge of administrative routines (desirable). ### **We Offer** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.800,00 (initial) \| R$ 2\.000,00 after 3 months * **Attendance Bonus:** 15% * **Food Basket** * **Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:** * 12x36 schedule: R$ 150,00 (Aparecida) \| R$ 180,00 (Goiânia) * 44-hour weekly schedule: R$ 250,00 (Aparecida) \| R$ 300,00 (Goiânia) * **Life Insurance** with comprehensive coverage **Work Schedule:** 6x1 (1 weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday per month) **Working Hours:** 7h20 daily **Shift Hours:** Rotating ### **Work Location** Av.
